What slows customer service down today

  • Listing leads unanswered because they landed on the phone of someone on a day off
  • Agents who leave take the contacts and history with them
  • Managers with no view of how many viewings and offers are in progress

How WSC solves it

  • Distribution among agents

Queues and owners per conversation: each lead arrives with an owner, with no fighting and nothing forgotten.

  • Pipeline from lead to offer

A kanban with your agency's stages, linked to the conversations, to see what is stuck.

  • Contacts owned by the agency

The history stays in the company account, not on the agent's phone.

Frequently asked questions

Can each agent have their own number?

Yes. One account has several numbers, each conversation shows which number it came through and you control who accesses each one.

Can I send properties to a list of clients?

Yes, with broadcasts: pick the list or tags and the sending number, then track delivery and reads. On the official API, use templates approved by Meta.

What's the difference between WhatsApp API and Wpp Web?

WhatsApp API is Meta's official connection, with approved templates and Meta's sending rules. Wpp Web connects the number you already use via QR code, with no approval, and is the fastest way to start. Since it isn't official, follow good sending practices to avoid blocks.

How much does it cost? Is there a contract?

The price depends on how many numbers and users you need. The subscription is monthly with no lock-in: change plans or cancel whenever you want.

Can my number get banned?

On the official WhatsApp API, following Meta's policies, the risk is minimal. On Wpp Web, WSC spaces out broadcasts automatically; even so, only message people who know your business and avoid large broadcasts from new numbers.
